I have been to more than 10 science museums in at least 5 cities. This one is among the best. Nice architecture. Lost of areas that cover different fields of science. Tons o fun for kids. Somewhat far from most common destinations. A car or uber is strongly recommended to get there. Special activities that require booking on site start... More

Great place to entertain and educate the kids. Even though we don't understand Spanish we still enjoyed the museum. Lots of interactive exhibits. Nice architecture too. We were in the cafe/deli at 12:00 and were the first customers served so the food was hot and freshly made. It was nice enough food and good prices too. Staff called a taxi... More

We went here Christmas eve with our children aged 11, 7 & 4 and although none of them speaks spanish we had a great time. The museum closed earlier because of the holiday, other than that we could easily have spent the entire day. The food at the cafeteria was a bit lousy, so I would recommend you to bring... More

The museum is really great fun. There is so much to do and so much to learn up to the point that you'll never get bored (really, I've already been thrice!) My only problem though, is the food. I would say eat before or bring you own lunch for later.

Amazing place with loads to do. None of the instructions are in English but mostly you can work out what to do without them. We also met an English speaking guide who was very knowledgable. We were there several hours and still didn't try everything. Reasonable cafeteria there also and snack bar in the main building. Our granddaughter (aged 10)... More

I visited this museum with my wife, mother and 1 year old son. It was a 36 degree celcius December day and we were looking for somewhere cool to go. We travelled by metro to Estacion Mirador then walked 12 minutes to the museum. That walk was awkward with a stroller. Neither the city sidewalks nor the entrance to the... More

Amazing interactive museum for the kids. They have a wonderful outdoor and a great indoor area. Although none of us speak any Spanish our kids loved this place and had a great time.

the exhibits might be aimed at kids but it's still good fun to play with them. shoving a kid out of the way to get to something first is frowned upon it seems :)

We loved this museum with our 2 boys (7 and 9). There is so much to do you can easily spend the whole day here. We did not even have time to explore the outside on our visit. Entrance is pretty cheap compared to similar places in Europe. The earthquake room was very interesting. The 3D movie was a bit... More

We had some time to burn before our return flight and made the stop with no expectations. Wow. Very well done Chile. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here (for the 3000+ pesos entry fee). Our 13 year old who was more interested in Wi-Fi the entire trip to Chile was now interacting and actually smiling! The exhibits were well... More
