As an opera fan and husband of an trained opera singer I have frequented many opera houses. This is a beautiful opera house but with such distance from more main stream opera and ballet do not expect too much. The standard of productions varies greatly...More

A beautiful old building from the outside covering a large area with some palm trees obscuring some of the building's view, unfortunately I didn't have much time to stop and look.

As soon as we know there is a concert or show that we would like to see, we make reservations. Always you bring to home a sensational feeling of happiness for the show that you witnessed.

We visited this beautiful building but no shows. Beautiful architecture. It's located in central downtown and a little difficult to find if you don't have a map or a guide to assist. Suggest you do the free walking tour.
