Mauricio was very responsive, we had no problem coordinating the two days from the U.S.A. We were traveling with a baby, which made other companies wary of including us or providing us with a tour, but Mauricio was very accommodating of the baby. He called ahead to make sure the wineries were ok with the baby (they all were, fyi,... More

We have been all over the world watching grapes grow. Until now, we had not been to Chile. Deciding to go to expand our vinous horizons and escape the cold and snow of Ohio, at least for a little while, we booked a tour with Chilean Wine Lovers. Really could not be topped. Mauricio and I communicated by email and... More

We had a wonderful tour of Casa Blanca by Richard at Chilean Wine Lovers. Coordinating the activity from the states was no problem. Mauricio was responsive both via email and phone. Instead of paying for a transfer to Valparaiso, we opted to do a wine tour along the way. Richard, our guide for the day, was incredibly well prepared, professional,... More

We had to go from Santiago to Vina Del Mar, and we wanted to visit some wineries in Casablanca along the way. Since we were planning to do tastings, we didn't want to drive, so we were happy the Chilean Wine Lovers were able to accommodate us in this itinerary. Our guide for this tour was Bryan. He was incredibly... More

Dear Jon, Thank you very much for your review,i wanted to make clear that Bryan called me that day because they close the winery. The reservations were made by me and the was a big cruise in town that is reason Emiliana closed their doors . I had to call the manager (Felipe) to let you in ,because i sent... More

Wine tours come in all shapes and sizes. Here are a few points to consider with this one: 1. Mauricio will give you an overview of the wineries, Chile, Chilean history and much else. He is very passionate, energetic and talkative. Be prepared for a highly-engaged morning van ride. 2. You will stop at 3 wineries on a tour that... More

My boyfriend and I recently took our first trip to Chile - Santiago, Valparaiso and Wine Country. Not being familiar with the area, nor speaking the language fluently, we opted to hire a tour company. It was the best decision we made! Mauricio of Chilean Wine Lovers made our trip enjoyable, memorable and stress free. We spent several days visiting... More

We covered the pacific and a wine tasting stop . Our driver Leo did a nice job and the organisation's chief had set us up with a customised itinerary which included the lovely pacific town of Quintay - the visit highlight for me . As well as wonderful coast and a whaling museum the drive there through the forest was... More

I don't even know where to begin. We were visiting Santiago for a conference but wanted a wine tour. I found Mauricio (Chilean wine lovers) via trip advisor and booked him because of the great reviews. He is amazing. He picks you up in a Mercedes van and discusses the history of Chile while driving to your destination. He arranged... More

The wines, the food, the tour, and most importantly, the guide Mauricio, was absolutely fantastic. I booked a solo tour from Santiago to visit the Casablanca valley. Mauricio put an itinerary together for me promptly after I emailed him, and then added on bonus stops for empanadas and wines along the way, pulling out the red carpet throughout the day!... More

We had such a wonderful time visiting wineries in the Maipo Valley with Mauricio! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things Chile: the history, the geography, the culture, and, of course, the wine! The wineries that Mauricio selected were all exceptional, as were the restaurants we visited for lunch (still dreaming of empanadas with Morande Cabernet Franc!). If... More
