A good little uphill hike through the forest- lots of ferns and cedar type trees- it's windy a lot of the time, you can hike or drive to a cross and a lookout dedicated to the man who first brought Germans to the area... Really...More

Can't see much around from the top, the trees cover most of the view. If you are a biker, there are some nice trails down to try. At the entrance they ask you to donate miney for the park, don't spend more than 1000 pesos...

Gorgeous day when I visited so had a beautiful view of the lake and the city, but that's about it. The zip line looked 'interesting', although it didn't particularly look very safe.

Good views across the lake but little else and the zip line is no longer there. If you're walking along the lake it's worth the detour but not worth a special trip.

We walked up here yesterday afternoon on a rather dull, overcast day. Worth the walk for the exercise but the park seemed a little neglected and the canopy experience turned out to be a zip wire which we avoided. An odd cross at the top...More

We hiked around in this small park several days that we stayed in Puerto Varas - the kids loved it. Very steep hill with lots of paths. Nice to unwind and listen to birds. Of course if you've been to bigger national parks this is...More

Either I got this completely wrong or it is really just a driveway full of potholes up the hill (admittedly through the forest) and then some kind of viewpoint plus an information booth that was "closed until further notice". All pretty run-down. Oh, there was...More

I was expecting good views from the top, but unfortunately the view is covered by tall trees and you can barely see anything. Not much else here.

We drove all the way to the top, but could have very well hiked the path. The view is worth pay a visit as you can see the city of Varas from a different perspective. There is a canopy for those more adventurous.
