Always crowded and busy, the Merlion is the official mascot of Singapore based on an old tale. There is a Merlion cub statue located in the park behind the real statue.

Overcrowded with Chinese. Looks like the Mermaid Lion is puking water. Definitely not worth 7.5 million to make. It is a waste of stone and a waste of money to keep the fountain going. I've been there three times and every single time a Chinese...More

Overcrowded with tons of Chinese tourists with their selfie hands in your faces. Waste of time waste of stone waste of space ugly to look at. It's a weird creature puking some dirty water in a brown Bay. Disappointed... DO NOT GO.

Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the
traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to
dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is
the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a
world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars,
and other attractions all geared towards pure
entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands
provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo

If you come from Marina Bay just walk through to the Marina Bay Sand and cross the road you'll arrive at Garden by The Bay. Cloud garden is in Garden by The Bay. Side by side with Flower Dome.
