They met us at our hotel. They are very responsive on email, so confirm it with them on email. They will also give you the cell phone of the person you are meeting, if something goes wrong.

The meeting place was in grass area of Raffles Centre. You will get all info about what exit to take from MRT when you make an enquiry or book.
