I sent multiple emails requesting bank statements from the past 10 months and finally received a response after nearly a month of me emailing over 30+ times. I was informed I would be charged $20 per month for each statement within the past year after being a loyal customer for the past 6 years!
I will no longer be banking with UOB and neither should anyone else. Their customer service is horrendous as is everything else in SG so why should I be surprised

Not a customer of UOB but dropped by the visit the UOB Painting of the Year Exhibition. Stunning works on display of various mediums - including leather - stunning work of faces by Somchai Sidamon. Another entitled wastescape depicts space waste - intriguing and masterfully created by Chaichana Luetralun. Plenty of other art works that are equally attractive. Clearly a lot of talent on display.
Opposite on the ground floor is Paris Baguette - I had a nice lunch there. As you exit the building onto UOB Square you will see a massive sculpture by Salvador Dali - an artists delight. Great visit.

1. Walked into your Branch at Northpoint. Saw 2 ladies talking to each other while there was a long queue.
2. Asked what were the benefits if I switched from DBS Treasures to UOB? Immediately I heard a response, you need $350,000. So I told her can you please provide me more details? She asked me to get in the queue. From that moment, I know how you treat your customers.
3. Instead of talking and chit chatting with one another, why can't she explain to me?
First of all don't judge a book by its cover. Perhaps UOB needs to invest more in your staff development and training.

The two towers and plaza of United Overseas Bank Plaza (UOB) are located just near Boat Quay on the river. Te two towers, one built in 1992 with 67 floors and the other reconstructed in 1994 with 34 floors were once the tallest in Singapore. The adjacent area along the river has been done well and a great place for river views and a walk.

Situated right beside the Singapore River where Sir Stamford Raffles landed in 1819. It is also one of the Singapore tallest buildings.Lots of eateries around. Night time can be quite romantic walking by the river with your loved ones. Nearest MRT station will be Raffles Quay. Easily accessible. Generally very safe to stroll at night in Singapore.

Located at the heart of the Raffles business district, this place is easily accessible by MRT ( Raffles MRT station ). Although there is nothing much to do here, no entertainment, you can just have a stroll the city. There are some good spots for photography around this area as well.
