A great and peaceful experience that enables kids to learn about the unique cloud forest environment. With a spirited eight and seven year old it will take about forty minutes to an hour to get through without too much trouble. Get the audio to help with the explanation and understanding of the ecosystem.

The Cloud Forest is truly a sight to behold. It’s everything you see on all those travel shows and more. It definitely lives up to its expectations and is not one of the “tourist traps”. We came by on a Thursday at around 4 pm . We had a combined Gardens by the Bay ticket, which included entrance to the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome. We purchased it through Klook, and they have various combo options. I’d definitely recommend purchasing tickets beforehand because the tickets to purchase on site looked like it would take an extra 20 minutes or so. By pre-purchasing, it was a breeze. There was no wait and they just scanned our ticket barcode. Inside, you’ll want to take a pic with the iconic waterfall at the entrance. Luckily, it wasn’t too crowded at the time we went, so we didn’t have to wait too long. There are different levels of flowers and plants you can take the elevator too. At the time of year we went (September 2022), they were prepping for an Avatar exhibit so it seems like there might be something special going on at certain times if you’re lucky enough to catch it. There are a lot of high winding walkways, so just beware if you’re afraid of heights. For us, it took about 30 to 45 minutes to walk through and explore everything from entry to exit. If you only have time for one museum, I would prefer this one over the Flower Dome because this one is much more unique.

This is our second visit to the cloud forest. It’s beautiful and well maintained. The avatar exhibition had finished a couple of days earlier, a little disappointing. There were of avatar thing still still around. The waterfall is picturesque, the whole place is just beautiful and good for taking some great photos.

Nice and unusual place - there is a lot of green inside. You can be lifted on the top and go down around the green mountain with waterfall. For me it’s much interesting than Flower dome. It’s not so cold inside, but be ready with some shirt.

The best dome to see if you only want to go in one, this dome has the wow! But both are worth seeing. We visited late morning and the area wasn’t busy. The added additions of Avatar was tastefully done with the odd element dotted here and there, however this didn’t take away from the beauty of the waterfalls and plants. We spent a good couple of hours in the dome and took a relaxed stroll around all the levels, some of the Avatar attractions we looked at, others we bypassed. I’ve never seen anything as impressive as the waterfalls cleverly added to the levels, what’s not to like and enjoy. The dome is nice and cool which is refreshing to get out of the heat for a while.

I attended this exhibition when the avatar exhibition was on. Haven’t seen the film but I enjoyed this none the less. I thought it was a little overpriced however the waterfalls and overall experience was wonderful. Very relaxing, air conditioned, enjoyable way to spend a few hours in Singapore esp in the middle of the day. I went for a combination ticket with the flower dome but wished I had just gone for the cloud on its own or the yearly ticket to get access to all parts of gardens by the bay. I think children and families would really enjoy the interactive parts.

What a nice experience, especially the sky promenade. The misting experience was quite nice even though it makes it impossible to make decent pictures until the mist has cleared. Loved the special Avatar inserts

I visited here while the Avatar display was on. Although that was good, in some ways I felt it detracted from the actual cloud forest itself. I had to make a conscious effort at times to focus on the plants and forest - which was why I was there. The other issue with the Avatar display was the huge number of people who all wanted their selfies with it. The forest itself with its different levels was very enjoyable, with some absolutely stunning plants and flowers. The flower dome was okay, but nowhere near as good as I was expecting. I certainly wouldn't go back there.

As it’s closed on 9th jan for maintenance we could not take common tickets and it’s S$45 and we could go only in the night. Not totally satisfied at that hour as night views inside are not so great or photogenic. Try to avoid in the night and book a combined ticket only. The avatar theme is ok and not so great and to my expectations .. the graphic photo could not be downloaded and could not get help at the last hour … A must see place but in day time with a combo ticket

One of the eye-catching glass domes harbors a tropical world of its own. Slowly walk bottom to top or top to bottom and take in some of the plush vegetation, waterfalls, and orchids beyond belief. Walk the glass bottom sky-walk overlooking the lush dome.
