It is not a river , it is part of water system , no way out at either end . The round trip from Clarke Quay lasted 40 minutes , a good way to see surroundings and restaurants available , some very good photo opportunities...More

Its actually a very small river. In any other country it would be of minimal importance, but for Singapore it is the life line and has been very well managed & preserved. River front has been charmingly developed and is a soothing sight. Take that...More

the boat ride cost 25 sgd. this was for a round trip tour. they do have stops but I think you will need to pay if you want hop back on

The Singapore River, 15 minutes walk from source to mouth, flows into the Marina Bay which is now a lake. River cruises starts from the Clark Quay side, going out river and into the Bay and return back to Clark Quay... More
