"Shop, eat, play and relax is the mantra at Marina Square, and you can do all this and more at this classy mall. Thanks to its location next to Marina Bay and some of Singapore’s grandest hotels like the Mandarin and the Oriental, Marina Square is filled with high street fashion boutiques.

You’ll find stores like Zara, Mango, Topshop and Miss Selfridge as well as John Little, Muji, Crocs and more, with over 300 shops in total. The mall also often runs special privileges and promotions just for tourists like you."

This mall was a shining light for retail when it opened alongside several high-class hotels in the late-1980s. Locals flocked there for the food court on the upper level, especially for several notable stalls that had relocated here when their original nearby sites had been taken over. Those halcyon days are more or less gone now, having been overshadowed by... More

The mall is conveniently located beside my hotel, Mandarin Oriental and at least 2 other hotels - Carlton and Marina Mandarin. The mall houses a mix of restaurants and shops. Without going far from my hotel I can spend time to enjoy some shopping and dining. It is also connected to a MRT/LRT station. Other attractions are a few minutes... More

The mall is very nice. It is connected to my hotel, Marina Mandarin. One of the best I found is the Cook Market, it has a wide variety of restaurants at good prices.

It has been quite a while since we last visited this mall. Apparently there were some new additions to the mall. There was a Japanese supermarket and Japanese food street which was something new. A lot of parking spaces under the building. It's well connected to the hotels nearby like the pan PAC, ritz Carlton, marina mandarin and the Oriental... More

The food court on the third floor has a great view over the marina and lots of reasonably priced options for food and drinks.

a tourist will love Marina Square. walking from either Pan Pacific or Mandarin Singapore, he/she will be spoilt for choice at the endless rows of shops. walked from Pan Pacific in search of dinner, and found this food court on the third level before reaching the Esplanade: spied two stalls selling halal fare (being muslim, naturally i make a beeline... We stayed at marina mandarin hotel immediately linked to this mall. It was very convenient, the food choices were huge, our favourite was Collins on level 1 for western breakfast, but the food court on level 3 had heaps of great Asian food choices for dinner.

This is a big mall with lots of shops and restaurants but somehow it doesn't has the same draw as the nearby Suntec City mall or Cityhall.

Staying in Marina Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
