Ate at Bizen Japanese restaurant on Rocher Road. Ordered a dinner set of grilled fish, cole slaw and potato salad plus a cola for S$17.40 incl. GST. Everything was limp, soggy, tepid and tasteless. Avoid. Plenty of OK to good street food and food court stalls. Huge variety of food also available at Bugis Junction mall but very crowded at peak hours

If you are looking for cheap stuff to bring back home (clothes, key chains, merchandise, etc) this is the right spot for you to buy one. It got a wide array of souvenir items to choose from. You can also eat since they have this food hub. At the center of Bugis, Bugis Village is an absolute place to go to.

There was a time I would have enjoyed walking up and down the whole market but about 30 years ago. Still it is quite interesting if you have some money and more time to spend as you will find so many different people.

We get enough cheap Chinese stuff back home so not really worth spending money to go back with heavier bags. There’s not much for men but there’s loads on offer for women and girls.

This place is connected well via MRT. They have big shops like BHG nearby. This place is jam packed during the weekend. When you get off the MRT look for the sign which exit you need to take. Else you will be walking entirely in the opposite direction. Navigating inside this place is quiet challenging as well because of the maze of stores

Hive of activity, local shopping centre for mostly non-food items with a mix of branded goods and tourist tat in a street market type of setting. Hawker stalls and numerous street vendors

I stayed there for one night because it was close by raffles medical center and I would like to thank Miss Jamna at the reception for being exceptionally helpful and friendly. She was polite and very professional. Thank you for the excellent service.

The Bugis Village is a 3-storey building housing several commercial stores. If you want cheap goods or souvenir items, then this place is for you. The stalls here are varied from food stalls, to souvenir shops, clothes, bags, toys, even sex toys. There is even a 1-dollar store where almost all items are priced a dollar. Some fastfood restaurants are also here such as KFC and Burger King.
