Extreme disappointment.

Sadly, I can't find much good to say about this place. Yes, we saw a few butterflies (and some birds, insects, etc) but the whole place seems very run down and unattractive.

We first visited this in 1983. Then it was full of thousands of spectacular butterflies of hundreds of varieties. Now it's the same facility, minus most of the butterflies. Parts of it are closed off (presumably needing repair) - the upper viewing area, for example. They have added some birds (one with a lot of plumage missing!) and an iguana... More

We were looking forward to seeing the butterflies and insects, but once inside, there were very few butterflies and what was there was very unimpressive. There were some macaws and a few insects in glass cages, but not worth seeing. As you left the facility, there were many rooms of plaques with dead butterflies and insects in them, but not... More

Interesting to have a look around, but you do not need much time. This is not to be compared to the likes of the Butterfly Exhibit at the Melbourne Zoo in Australia.

We visited the Butterfly & Insect Kingdom as we had heard good things from others. It appears their experiences were some time ago and the attraction now is falling apart. A lot of exhibits were either under repair or empty. The few Butterflies we did see were Awesome but that was as good as it got, better value can be... More

it is amazing! you can see the different types of butterflies and insects in a safe way, it is suitable for young ones, and can be easily accessed in Sentosa, people there are very kind and welcoming, and the place is not crowded. don't miss it!

This was the first butterfly park I've ever been to so it was definitely quite exciting! Many butterflies fluttering by and others can be seen up close on fruit laid down for them. Many you wouldn't see except in Asia especially the larger ones. Recommended for all butterfly lovers!

What a waste of money this place was. First off it was raining when we went so there were no butterflies to be seen and the butterflies you did see were dead on the floor. The place is tiny, literally took us 10 minutes to walk through. They advertise over 200 odd butterflies and we only saw 3 different kinds.... More

A must see in Sentosa, which gives you fair idea of butterflies and insects on our planet. There are certain species which we do not know of. If you are going to Sentosa, do visit this park which may take around 1hr to see.

Very ordinary enclosure and very dated, needs a facelift. Saw some butterfly's an iguana, couple of parrots and few spiders and scorpions. Wouldn't go again
