It is located at the tip of White Beach at Station 1. At low tide, the stone is exposed and can be accessed by land. It is a uniquely shaped volcanic mountain formation. It has become a popular attraction due to the Temple of the Blessed Virgin Mary located on top of it.
Steps leading to the sanctuary were built into the rock to help visitors. Travelers also climbed to the cliff to admire the magnificent views of the White Beach coastline. Most locals believe that the structure has stood there for about a thousand years.

Wait for low tide when you can cross on the sandbar. It won’t take long to climb up, snap a picture, and move on. Some folks were making a movie production out of it - I mean, come on. You have to take turns posing next to the Virgin Mary. You will pass by it multiple times, so climb on up.

I think you have to remember that this isn't just an 'instagram' spot. This is actually a religious place with a shrine dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. I couldn't be bothered to go into the water to see it closely. I just looked at it from White Beach and took photographs from there. At low tide, you can easily walk up to it.

Pretty cool place to visit but at the end of the day, it is just a rock. Easily accessible at low tide, you can walk to it. It is also a great place to take so photos. If you are in Boracy, you should certainly try to check it out, it's quick and easy.

This is Boracay islands most important landmark. Specifically for station 1. Come in the early morning when it is on low tide and has fewer tourists. Nice thing about it is that it is free. Statue of the Virgin Mary adorns this landmark. So this good for the majority Catholic population and those who might just be interested.

Located in station 1, this is a nice place for a morning walk or late afternoon, sunset walk. You can stroll right along the beach and have your photo near the grotto. Another instagammable area in Boracay

The rock outcropping lords the immaculately white beach and therefore attracts Insta denizens. Stairs lead to the grotto sheltering the Virgin Mary. People seem to like it, but I think it kinda gives a theme-park feel marring the virginal (pun unintended) land- and seascape. Boracay is better left in its natural state, like the Faraliogni in Capri and similar formations here at home off beaches in California. Heavenly presence, after all, is clearly viewed in the majesty of the entire scenario. Also, what was that smell around the rock?

Willy’s Rock is arguably Boracay’s most photograph landmark. It’s rocky outcrop that forms a tidal island with a statue of the Virgin Mary on top of the steps that are carved into the volcanic rock.

This rock was special shape and stand Maria's statue. The White beach was plain and no obstacle, This rock was only special one in White Beach. This rock was located in end of Station 1, and good to walk to there simply. But the way to go there, too hot.

Located at Station 1, Willy's Rock is somewhat of an iconic location (and the most photographed) on the island of Boracay. Best time to visit is during low tide, when you can wade over to it to visit the shrine, and at sunset so stay until sundown and watch the magnificent sun disappear behind the horizon.

Is it right that Boracay is closed for six month?! What does it mean?! Tourists cant come to island or only not allowed to go beach or sightseeing?

It will be open to the public this October 2018.

Why is Willy's Rock location on the map inland? This is absolutely wrong. Please update the location on the map as it is absolutely misleading and deceiving tourists. Let's be responsible for the posting of this beautiful Boracay natural feature, please.
Thank you in advance for correcting the map posting mistake.
