it was a very short river cruise. just enough to reach the safest and farthest that the boat can reach and back to the terminal in less than an hour.

the buffet lunch while we traverse the river was an experience worth repeating over. this was my third time to be exact. the food was nothing spectacular - good and not dismal.

the singers were trying so hard to keep the tourists entertained. but alas, almost everyone was busy taking pictures of the green water & the surrounding banks.

the restroom in the boat is surprisingly clean and odor-free. it was very charming.

overall, the fee was a little pricey for the lunch and the cruise. for an ordinary local tourist, it might become a deterrent to actually gain the experience.

An ok experience - you get what you’d expect. The food was alright, but the staff were lovely. Not worth the hefty price tag

We didn't do the boat tour as it's not our thing, but the paddle board/ kayak tour are really worth it.
It's indeed a very pretty river and peaceful environment. Much appreciated.

Of course a trip to Bohol will not be complete without the famous Loboc river cruise. As for the food, I just think it is average, but anything eat all you can is good for me. It is quite the experience to be serenaded and eating in a moving “balsa” with the beautiful view to fill your eyes while having a great gastronomic experience. Definitely a must do when you are in Bohol

Our Loboc River Cruise , Bohol ... was with Busai Monark Floating Resto

Sadly after a quick online research ... I couldn’t find the latest price for this scenic Loboc River Cruise ( as cruise prices are subject to change ) ... as our delightful on board feed & trip up the river & back ... was part of the cost of our Private Day Tour of Bohol Island - which included other interesting tourist attraction

Whatever the price , I still highly recommend this pleasant short river cruise ... as it’s a great stopover & feed , during any Bohol interior travel & sightseeing tours

The Loboc River Floating Restaurant Cruise ... starts at the Loboc River Tourist complex - there’s also another floating restaurant cruise start much further down river , near the coast , by Loay Bridge

This appreciated Loboc River cruise ... usually runs for an hour or so , back and forth

This gives you enough time to eat your buffet on board meal & photos / selfies 😁😀

Plus on the way up river , stopping by the river shore ... to watch an entertaining Filipino Cultural Dance group - Gotozon-Balsa Performancer’s Association

I really Enjoyed the outdoor fresh air during the cruise 😉 with the scenic greenery along the riverbank

Very good lunch buffet. The River Cruise was very relaxing. You will also get to hear Filipino folk songs by the local children and watch the children do some folk dance. You will also get to dance the “tinikling.”
There is also an evening cruise with dinner. Get to see it with the Loboc River with colorful lights.

While is was mountainbiking, i already had a view of the Loboc river. It was just after the mountainbiking, that i asked the guide if it was possible to swim. The Loboc river isn't just beautifull, it is really nice to swim! Just be carefull to stay away from the SUP boards ;)

On it's own, there is nothing particularly spectacular about the river. However, with the addition of lunch, live music, and getting to see local kids playing in the water and showing off as they swung from their tarzan rope.. It was a pleasant option!

This is a nice place to have your lunch in Bohol. You get to see the locals along the river, minding their own business. Some kids play in the river and some of them jump off the tree into the water. How I wish I live near a clean river like this one...

You don't need a booking to take the cruise. Just go there and you'll be fine, they are quite organized. If you are not in a big group you'll be sharing a table with other tourists.
