The new terminal opened up about 2 years ago and is located about 3 kms from the original terminal on the National Highway. there is a huge car park, which is adequate for the number of cars, shuttle vans etc. there are cafes outside the terminal as well as check in machines. Inside the arrival lounge there is a money changer which has reasonable rates. Plenty of seats in the departure lounge, a great improvement from the old terminal.

Con airport.. in my opinion!!!
Although we had boarding passes when trying to go through security. The lady who is employed by the airport and not air asia referred us to air asia intern staff of which there must have been around 10.
This has never happened at any other airport. This is so the airline can check everyone's baggage.
We then had to pay more for our baggage. We have carried the same 2 small bags all over Asia and the Philippines with no problem.
When complaining they were laughing at us and the customer service was terrible..
All we were told it was policy but the policy is inconsistent to other airports.
Hate to have to say this but Asians did not get the same treatment

One of the few airports I like here in the Philippines. It's spacious, and clean. There's also food options t the second floor of the waiting area. There's also a really good persian restaurant that's right in front of the airport entrance outside.

It's my first domestic flight (definitely will not be the last). We flew from Manila to Palawan via CEBPAC. It was amazing how this airport is so clean and well organized though it's not that big but you can see and feel that the ambience is tranquil. There's peacefulness in the place. The people including the travellers and staff are all relaxed. Very professional. Can't wait to be back 😊

We flew into PP from Manilla, this airport is very tiny but on 2kms from town. No Grab here, use a tricycle, so have cash (and small change), it cost us 200 pesos to get to our homestay 2.3kms away.

The airport looks fairly new though I found it strange that it didn’t seem to have a tube to connect to the plane .
They have a fairly good choice of coffee shops and fast food places to while away your time while waiting for your plane.
Well lighted, clean and spacious.
Keep it up.

Worst airport we have been! We were doing group check-in and we asked if we can check-in our baggage as a group just like how we did it in NAIA International Airport. They said yes! Lo and behold, after checking in 5 bags, they said we were only left with 3 bags (we were 8 travellers)! So we were only allowed to check-in one baggage each! Most of them was even less than 10 kilos each! They never offered options so we can check-in all of our baggages! But when we asked if they will consider checking these bags if we put all of them inside a big garbage bag. And they said yes! They never mentioned such option! It’s as if they are waiting for us to give in to just paying extra for the baggages we will be unable to check-in! Unbelievable! I do not recommend this airport.

You really cannot expect big place, but it was OK. We were here when the volcano erupted, it was quite hectic as many flights were canceled.

The airport did a lousy job in informing the passengers about the 700 peso departure tax. My friends and I were directed to pay for the tax while queuing up to pass through the customs. We were shocked as our cash was running law and we forgot to activate overseas withdrawing function on our cards, and it only accepted CASH!
The staff only insisted we needed to pay or else we could not get onboard. Luckily, we still had small amount of our own country currency to exchange for, or else we could have been stranded!!
The staff wasn't helpful at all! There wasn't any money changer or ATMs at the departure hall, we were asked to get out of the departure hall and went to the arrival hall for the money changer. The airport staff promised us to let us take the short cut without going through the security check, but he totally forgot. We ended up queuing up for the security check again.
The entire process was unnecessarily stressful! The Airport could have communicated with the airline companies to inform passengers about the departure tax so we could have saved up. or at least provide the credit card payment method to descale the situation!
You could have done better! Puerto Princesa! I hope the same won't happen to the other passengers!

A small airport in Puerto Princess, Palawan. There are only 2 conveyor for luggages, not as busy as Caticlan but very clean and organised. Few shops outside while waiting for your ride/shuttle.
