Newly renovated!

It's all new and freshly painted and they installed a Bose sound system. Super! Visit also the park opposite the cathedral.

Big church and very crowded The queue to get inside starts while the mass before, is on! Not a historically pretty church but for mass it's fine.

with the construction on-going around the church area, it was a bit of an issue with some church goers.

Our daughter got married here recently. It is a short tricyle ride from our hotel. A beautiful church, with ornate ceilings. It is being refurbished ready for the installation of the new bishop. The Parish Priest celebrated the beautiful nuptial mass, the choir was fantastic, and the religious coordinator and staff who assisted in the ceremony all did a magnificent... More

The Immaculate Conception Cathedral was anything but immaculate when we attended our friends wedding there. Scaffolding, paint flecked seats and general bustle took some of the shine off the cathedral. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful building and anyone who appreciates architecture will enjoy this stop. It's also right across from the War Memorial so you can definitely tie these two... More

It's a really nice building from the outside , although nothing special from the outside. Maybe they could sell it and use the money to help all the poor kids who live around it.

It was easy to find, make sure you cover up no swimwear or short skirts, it is a lovely church but to go visit, no tour guides explaining anything. A lady cleaning the outside begged us for some money. Under construction so missed the full beauty but is lovely from outside.
