The island looks like a helicopter from afar – very unique island in Bacuit Bay. Great atmosphere very laid back & relax – perfect place to chill out & unwind. Perfect place for swimming, gentle waves and clean water – the whole island is untouched.

After snorkelling all day, this was the perfect way to end the afternoon. During the time we were there, the waves were too high and the shore had deep trenches so it wasn't the swimming kind of beach for me. But lying around looking at paradise was not a bad way to end the afternoon.

Like snake island and other places that would definitely catch my attention if they found themselves anywhere else in the world, this island is nice but nothing special when compared to other gems that El Nido has to offer. In addition, it is one of the top destinations of the organized tours and therefore pretty much always full of people.

This is also known as Helicopter Island and has a glorious golden sandy beach and beautiful turquoise coloured water. This is where we stopped for our second dive. I didn’t actually go diving at this spot so I went snorkelling over to the beach and just sat on the sand admiring the beauty of the place, including the towering limestone cliffs at one end of the beach and the beautiful golden sand. There is a small improvised kiosk on the beach selling snacks and drinks including beer. Aside from one small group of tourists, there was nobody there at all. This is a great place to chill out and enjoy the sensational surrounds either on the beach or your boat.

Facing the island, we turned right from where boats are. We had a long sandy stretch of sand to ourselves. There are some lovely and healthy coral reefs to explore and beautiful scenery.

Very scenic island with large reef in very good condition. Nice white sand beach too. Would have liked to stay longer than the 45 minutes allowed.

This island is 20 minutes out from El Nido and frequenly the first stop on Tour A. The beach is inpressive and long and has some good coral around the cliffs of the 'helicopter tail' on the western end.

Dilumacad Island is a 20-minute ride from El Nido town. It's also known as "Helicopter Island" due to its helicopter-like shape when viewed from afar. The island is home to a long, dazzling white sand beach that beckons to picnickers and snorkelers.

This island looks like the shape of a helicopter, thus the island is also known as 'helicopter island'.
We landed on a long and white sand beach and the sand was very fine. We went snorkeling in the area in front of the left side of the beach. The water was very clear with a little bit of current, but we managed to see some healthy and beautiful coral reefs. We also saw different kinds of fish and marine life too.
