going on this sand bar is traditional for a boat tour. Nothing has change since I last visited it 10 years ago. There are no developments on it although it has been bought by El Nido resorts.

Snake Island is a fun place to stay for a brief visit. You can climb on one of the hills for a spectacular view, and walk through a sand path that's located just under the water surface.

Is a small island, when you climb up, around 3-5 minutes you can see the shadow of snake over the water because of the sand. Nice colors and surroundings.

Definitely go to this if you are in el nido. However I would not book it on trip advisor wait until you are there and book it with one of the locals. This is definitely worth going to on one of the many boat trips...More
