We visited here after viewing the main viewing point for the Banaue rice terraces, i can honestly say that the views were far superior from here. When you first enter you are greeted by the old traditional Banaue house's, you are able to go inside...More

This place is adjacent to the Banaue Hotel and all its tourists. If what you want is insight, then don't be lazy.

We are able to buy souvenirs with a much cheaper price here. It is at the back of Banaue hotel. We expect to see a lot of primitive houses but theres only the ordinary house like thosebin the town.

this is still a working village dominated by the rice terraces and they do their best to show off their traditional skills and lifestyle.We met an elderley lady called Virginia who had raised 9 children in the village all who have moved away.This incrediable lady...More

At the end of our rice terrace tour. This is a private business that rents some traditional houses for overnight stays. Interesting to see the construction. And an incredible view.

Just got back from my Banaue vacation. What's new with Tam-an is that it's where they collect the tourism/ environmental fee which is a good approach since it's where the bus terminal is and where everybody's first step to the place. They also still offer...More
