Transit place, not a sight seeing place.

It's a railway station & i do not term it as a sight seeing place. Do not consider it any near to tourist spot.

Yes, it may be weird that i love the atmosphere. but i don't come here that often and i just like that the outside is very crowded but you feel 'homey' when you come inside. maybe due to the high ceiling. i will take my expat friends here just to look around. it's vintage. but for european may this will... Feeling hungry after visiting the Museum Bank of Indonesia, we decided to walk to this station for lunch. Crossing the streets was stressful as there are no stop lights and no pedestrian walkways! Fast food restaurants serve cheap hot meals here. For desserts, we tried the doughnuts sold by the JCool Restaurant. We took pictures of the Station before going... More

one of the oldest station in Jakarta is also one of the icons of the old city area. The buildings in need of repair, color, cleanliness and flow out of the passenger. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the beautiful iron structure of the building as it is located within the station

A quaint railway station that is greatly in need of refurbishment and reorganisation. The ticketing system is confusing and disorganised. The surrounding roads and pathways are in need of urgent repairs as they are quite hazardous in places with holes and ankle snapping missing flagstones.

Old station with nice architecture but need some "refreshment". Too many people here , and little bit chaotic. More securities needed i think.

This train station is huge. Busy all day long. You can catch many trains to others parts of Indonesia from this station. Lots of vendors inside and outside as well. Very crowded and many pickpockets around.

This is a gorgeous old station, built, I was told early in th 20th century, it used to be the main station, but now is for suburban trains, not long distance trips. It was pretty busy, but the domed architecture is wonderful. Worth a visit
