Visited at night time, best time to go considering the beautiful lights reflecting upon the waters. Plenty of stalls upon the streets for you to look at and bask upon!!

This tourist shopping/eating area that surrounds the Fuzi Temple (the Confucious Temple) is pretty dire, but at night, when it's all lit up and the locals are out in force for a wander, it does transform into something well worth exploring. The shops are designed...More

A bit touristy, went for a 50 min boat ride which could have been about 20 min shorter. But interesting. There was a constant Chinese commentary! Confucius temple was interesting.

This is a lovely temple, with beautiful exhibits inside its compound. The river is just nearby and is certainly worth an evening boat ride.

A boat trip on the river after dark is really worth doing. The photograph says it all. There are also many restauarants in the area direct on the river banks which makes for interesting viewing as the tourist bots pass by.
