You can view the wall from many locations around Nanjing but this area offers excellent views of the structure and a good sense of the history

This is an OK museum, located on the wall, next to the lake. The museum is rather small and offers some decent exhibits. however, the museum is far from impressive after walking the amazing wall of the city.

The Wall runs alongside the Lake in Nanjing and it is well kept and clean. It is not promoted as much as it should. Close to the accommodation areas,

I found the location with a lake quite comfortable. It costs RMB 30 to enter and the walk was short but quite nice. Old canons are around.
