Both ground floor and 17/F are accessible to the building. Revolving restaurant at top floor is famous. Now, there are big supermarket and car showroom, bank, nice shops at lower floors.

I took the scenic lift to have a look at the view. First take the escalator from ground level to the 1st Floor, change lift to the 35th Floor, change lift again to the top floor. The scenic lift is for free.
