It's kind of dwarfed by the city but it's still the beating heart of commerce here and a ride on the star ferry is a great way to get a feel for it.

We spent much of our trip on the water, leaving from Victoria Harbour & visiting Kowloon, Discovery Bay & Cheung Chau. The views of the skyline are wonderful, day & night. We even picked out our room in our hotel which overlooked the Harbour.

None on the Harbour front exactly but if you go to Central there are a lot of "English style" pubs and such you can go to. And if you are staying on the Tsim Sha Tsui side there's hotel bars. As well as others scattered... More
