Experience from Kowloon or Hong Kong side on land or vessel in the harbour. Great views, relaxing, nostalgic, great for taking photos & videos.

No matter how many times you see this harbour when arriving to Hong Kong - it always remains beautiful, with the countless boats roaming around and the stunning backdrop of the skyscrapers behind.

Much more beautiful at night with the city all lit up, nightly light show. Could stand for a good while just taking in the landscape of Hong Kong island.

A place that you must drop by during night & day. Catch star ferry after the light show to get to Hong Kong Island.

Very beautiful skyline. By day, great skyline with fisherman and boats and people everywhere. By night it lights up with color and becomes a great place to take a long leisure walk and capture some really colorful pictures.

Victoria Harbour has great historical value as it was the centre of the ancient silk trade route, take a ride on the Star Ferry or a Harbour cruise well worth seeing if you visit Hong Kong.

I know this is obvious but the harbour was built to honour Queen Victoria. Hong Kong was British land leased from China. That lease ended and Chris Patten the last governor of Hong Kong passed the country over to China. The fear was it would...More
