You will be heading to this place after riding the cable car, it's worth the long walk after all, weather is much colder here and many shops where you can eat and shop.

Yes it's a very BIG buddha! nice views if not cloudy showing the many islands of Hong Kong. Be prepared to walk a way up to the top, it's much easier coming down.

Love it so much! In lantau island i could stay all day long. For me there time just stops and you can relax, look around what beautifull place is it. Just in Lantau island i can find or feel calmness peace in my soul.❤

We took the cable car and rode it all the way to the area where big Buddha was. There is a road to take a cab I believe or a trail to walk/run it

Octopus card for my family, 3 adults (my 13 years old is considered adult), 1 child (under 12) how much would you suggest the value of each card to stored if we're going to oceanpark 1 day, 1 day to peak hill from our hotel(Marriott) Thank you everyone for the help.

The one thing you have to understand is that you need 4 cards, one for each person because the card couldn't react for multiple uses for the same transportation entry point. The card is still very handy because a lot of... More
