It was my second time at OM Custom Tailors (I bought two suits there some years ago). I just dropped in before my flight home on a Sunday morning. Vijay rechecked my previous measurements, I chose the material and style for some shirts. They made and sent the superb garments in a couple of weeks. I undertook research into Kowloon -based tailors before my March 10 2024 trip to Hong Kong .I had used a tailor in Central in 2008 .i settled on OM Custom Tailors. Vijay took my measurements Monday morning March 11 2024 , i had a fitting at 4pm and my beautiful suit was ready for 11am Thursday , March 14 2024. i was joining a cruise ship later that afternoon . My 2 requirements were that my suit had to be red, and i had to have pockets in the jacket. i was impressed by Vijay's professional and speedy approach to tailoring , and in particular the extensive range of fabric in his shop. I will enjoy wearing my suit. And i will tell people how i came by this wonderful garment . My late mother was a dressmaker ,so i have an astute eye for design and fabric .

Going to OM Custom Tailors was as good of an experience as I could have asked for. Vijay was amazing to say the least. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and always options and answers to all our questions. He worked to get the first suit done within 3 days so that we could do a full fitting with adjustments before departure. The remaining clothes were delivered a few weeks later and all fit perfectly. Truly a great experience that I would highly recommend.

My fiance and I had a 8-day trip planned in Hong Kong and we wanted to get him a custom shirt and suit for our wedding this fall since it's hard to find a really well-fitting suit, given his body proportions. I had researched a handful of custom tailors in the area and emailed all of them. Vijay with OM Custom Tailors was the first one to respond, and continued to be quick to respond to all my following emails and questions, compared to the other businesses. He was proactive and offered to book an appointment with us for the day after we arrived, and also guaranteed that the suit would be done within our time frame. Vijay was warm and sociable from the moment we met him. We chatted about our trip and shared about our families. He showed an interest in us and it was clear it was his priority to make sure my fiance got the best quality suit, based on what he was looking for. He completed the first fitting the same day! We came back just a few hours later to do checks on the preliminary piece. He continued to stay in close contact with us and sent us reminders to check when we could be back for the next fitting. The suit was finished 3 days later! And it fit beautifully. I would hands down recommend Vijay and OM Custom Tailors to anyone looking to get custom made pieces!

Vijay was incredibly helpful, contacted him in the morning was able to come in for measuring the same day. Had two further fittings and fully bespoke tuxedo picked up within the week. Lots of customisable elements and excellent quality finish and fabric. Very reasonable pricing and great service, will use again.
