The place is nice. Good enough to stay for long connecting flights. Good place to relax. It is very nice and clean too. Enjoyed my stay.

Can anyone ever say anything good about an airport. Probably not. But as far as being one of the largest airports on the planet, this one was easy enough to negotiate.Customs was not difficult but they look at you pretty close

HK airport is one of the best in the world. Duty free was excellent, all the brands are here. The airport lounge was great too; one of the best is Singapore Airlines lounge.
As a gold star alliance cardholder, a member can go to any Star Alliance lounge and SQ lounge is my favourite serving A La Carte Meal with a great wine / cocktails bar. Moet & Chandon Imperial Champagne is served here. The service was just excellent!

I just visited Hong Kong for the eighth time. As always, the airport and the United Lounge were excellent. In spite of a few unpleasant events in the city, all of which I think have been over emphasized, the airport was fine. Other than additional security at the terminal entrances, which is perfectly understandable, everything has continued to be the superb airport that it is. The United Lounge staff are very friendly, always helpful to any travel related need, and professional. I already look forward to returning in May!

Had the privilege and time to buy some snacks at Hong Kong International Airport, the famous fish skin of Irwin brand. Love the texture and snacks that is so fulfilling awesome in the stomach once taken with a bite ☺️☺️

Have been to United Club and Skyteam lounge in Hong Kong Airport. Either of them are much much better to any airport lounge in United State. They have a lot of good foods to fill up your stomach. so you don't have to eat the crap foods on the plane.

The layout of the lounge is a bit strange. There are different sections but you have to venture round and find out what is available. It would have been nice if the girl at the reception can give a 10 second overview. That would have been most useful. I went to the noodle bar area where you can order noodles and help yourself to a few dishes on the side. The food is so so. Can be a lot better. As a business class lounge, it is a bit disappointing. Maybe I will try a different Cathay lounge next time. I think there are 4 in total.

I was surprised by the prices and time options offered by the lounge and I found that it was cheaper to stay in an airport hotel as a solo traveller. I was expecting prices to be high being in Hong Kong but not that high.

I love staying in lounges during my layovers but decided to book an hotel room instead. It is a nice lounge, easy to find and well located. For a family there is an interesting package( 3hours 1500 HK$ to 6 hours 2700 HK$, additional hours at 400HK$ including shower, rest & meal situated near gate 40)

If you're ready and don't mind the prices, I'll say go for it as in the airport there's not much to do and see during long layovers.
Example of prices:
7 hours overnight 1400 HK$ (overnight shower, rest & meal package)
