Tour of wet market and then cooking in home in dormitory suburb. Cooking level for beginners, although some good techniques even for experienced cooks. Very pleasant tutor. Could have provided written recipes. Worthwhile morning.

In a few hours, this class answered all the questions I had about the food I saw walking around Hong Kong. And then I learned how to make pork dumplings and they were fantastic! I definitely recommend the class.

Was a really different type of cooking class: it was wonderful being allowed into somebody's home. The market tour was fascinating and Joyce was a great teacher. A surprise ingredient or two was an extra bonus...
