It is worth a stroll through Causeway bay to get a different feel of Hong Kong from Wan Chai , an area of contrasts where there is obvious wealth and the not so wealthy day to day Chinese people.

Sams tailor in Kowloon was renowned the best in Hong Kong,unfortunately I have only used Tailors in China. Hope that helps,sorry for the delay in responding:)

U can try wan chai market shops with good deals and all different sizes.
