I read about a short self guided walk that takes you past a few nice temples and Stone Nullah road and the blue house. I started in the West and walked east basically to Canal Road. Taking side streets I ended up in the motor...More

You will find here both luxury brand stores on the main roads and cheap staff sold just few meters away in small streets. And lot of restaurants in between. Very pitoresque and living part of the island.

Disclaimer: I live two minutes' walk from QR East and am on it several times a day to go here and there. Once upon a time--and this is so hard to imagine now--it was the waterfront. The little Hung Shing Temple, which itself has undergone...More
