1881 Heritage is the location of the former headquarters of the Hong Kong Marine Police and its building has been tastefully renovated. Several other buildings have also been preserved and made tourist friendly as well as a shopping mall, a hotel, and an exhibition hall. Of note is that during the restoration of the area the entre building was underpinned... More

Right next to The Peninsula Hotel, accessible by underground MTR pass. Ultra Lux Shopping Mall featuring all the high end brand, mostly jewelleries and watches, and some fine dining restaurants. Very expensive to actually shop there, but good place to take photos and window shops.

High end shopping area with gorgeous building design, even window shopping is a pleasure. Could find most of the luxury brands here as well as fine dinning restaurants. Just next to the harbour city shopping mall so the entire area is pretty convenience to shop.

I had gone to the 水警吧 and the staff Julie and Tony had provided good service. They were very friendly and made a very good recommendation of the beer for me.

I have been here a few times. I like this place as it feels serene. I always get a calm feeling when I am here. It also has historical value to it. You can still see the old buildings here and it gives you a glance to the past of the British colonial days. I believe it was the old... More

It's a beautiful tiny square with a set of buildings just a few minutes walk from Victoria harbour waterfront. They are decorated on New Year's eve. You won't spend much time there but it's worth stopping by.

1881 is a nicely renovated complex with hotel, many luxury brand shops and a nice atrium whose decoration changes with the seasons and is particularly lively with visitors and tourists during the Christmas seasons. If you are into high end watches, this will be the place for you, as watchmakers such as Breguet, Patek, Vacheron Constantin, Carties, Piaget and Lange... More

Always love this spot because its always changed during seasons. Christmas ornaments with Santa, snowman and carriage this time. Sparkling and entertained my sight. Plus it is near harbor and busy district Tsim Sha Tsui. Make me always coming back each time I visit HK.

We were there during Christmas festival and of course their decoration was fairly good (except there were too many people who came to take photos and the area was congested with hundreds of people.) 1881 Heritage is a boutique shopping mall. It was built in a combination of Victorian colonial and neo-classical architectural designs. It was worth a visit. Don't... More
