This is my third time here. The first two times were okay. This time, I paid for the neck/ shoulder and foot combo. The neck/shoulder part was okay. Then he started on my left lower leg. He just kept rubbing the same spot on my calf and shin for what seemed like forever. I finally asked him if he was going to do my foot and he said this? And grabbed my foot…. I said yea, of course. I then started my timer on my phone and he massaged my left foot for 3 and a half minutes then he switched to the right leg. It was the worst foot massage I’ve ever had. I asked the front desk what they showed me as having in case there was a mistake but nope. Foot. I explained what happened and the man at the front desk told me I was wrong. I told him I timed it and he said it was impossible and he argued with me. It’s a funky place to see but that’s it. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

This place is super cute and a rustic retro vibe. The staff were friendly and the foot massage was great. They first seat you in a barber like chair where they wash your feet and then you move to a movie style room with very comfortable chairs for your foot massage. The price is quite reasonable as well.

Made a booking the day before for 100min body massage, but their staff was so incompetent and did not document the booking. Arrived the next day and was told they couldn’t find my booking and could only schedule a 50min body massage with no apologies. Very incompetent staff and poor experience.

We attended in March with my daughter, the atmosphere was charming although very dark, the masseuse on duty was very mechanical, I would say not very motivated, but the worst thing was that when paying the lady at the cash register, an old lady with a grim face instead of charging us $348 for 50 minutes he tried to charge us over $500. When we asked for the bill to take a photo of it, he flatly refused. Finally he charged us what was agreed. Very uncomfortable experience, wanting to abuse tourists like this, that is not done. Be very careful!

…massage place I have been to HK, by some way. The spa LOOKS utterly fantastic and the reflexology (foot) massage I had was just superb. I will definitely be coming back and really look forward to bringing visitors to Hong Kong here.

Wonderful reflexology parlor. Such a calming and relaxing place right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui. Looks like you've gone back in time to the Hong Kong of yesteryear. Excellent service, organized activities and probably the best reasonably priced massages you can find. Has free WiFi, clean and modern fixtures. They give you free tea at the end. Highly recommended!

After several hours of walking around Hong Kong and Kowloon, we were looking for a break and Tai Pan Reflexology Parlor fit the bill perfectly!

Tai Pan feels like a throwback to the mystery and elegance of Colonial Hong Kong ... as you enter you cross a glass floor with fish swimming underneath ... there are tile floors, old school chairs and fixtures, Chinese vases and bric a brac, and red lanterns hanging from the ceiling. Sure it's a tad for show, but we felt that it was part of what made the experience fun. The place is dark and cool - a welcome respite from the heat and humidity outside.

We were treated right away and received careful, attentive service throughout the experience culminating with a delicious and invigorating cup of tea in a separate parlor at the end.

This was one of those random unplanned experiences that ended up being one of the very pleasant surprises from our Hong Kong visit and we still talk about how much we enjoyed it.

I’ve had lots of massages of different styles in many different countries. I’m also aware of reflexology and how it differs from massages more common in western countries (e.g. Swedish). This place just isn’t too great. You start with some sugary tea, then to a foot bath of mediocre quality, then an obviously undertrained woman digs her elbows into your bones for 50 minutes. It was neither relaxing, nor pleasant, nor therapeutic in any way. It also really only lasted 40 minutes though I paid for 50. I would not return and would urge you to go elsewhere.

This was quite an experience for me. You are first brought to a foot bath and given a neck massage cushion/ pad, then you are brought into a large room full of lounge sofas/ chairs. The massages are good but quite strong. My feet felt great on the way out and the overall experience is very relaxing.

Great massage. Little hard for me initially but once I told the lady to go a bit softer all good. Had just got off a long haul flight so this is exactly what I needed. Non sleazy (as a woman this makes all the difference). Very reasonable. $55AUD for 50 min full body massage. Definitely recommend
