I like this market. it is not as much of a rip off as Ladies market. I don't like to haggle so I do prefer Fa Yuen St Market for this reason. Their prices are competitive as well.

Fa Yuen Street (Garden Street) is not like Ladies Market where it is catered more to the tourists with trinkets and items as such. Fa Yuen pedestrian market has many fruit stalls and clothing stalls as well. There are many stalls with all kinds of...More

There are many streets of market around here - all very busy - often you can find a doorway which although unimpressive from the front can lead to a corridor which opens out into a large supermarket or another shopping centre. So do explore!

Much better as Ladies Market is this Market. For me it felt and smelled authentic. The prices were cheap. Next to the items you can buy on any market, they also sold fruits and other da-to-day products, which was a joy to see.

A lot of the stalls sell the same products, but in this case it is a bonus to help you bargain your way to the best price. Similar to the ladies market, but prices and products do vary across streets.

Less crowded than Ladies market and Temple Street market but variety of items on sale also less. Many stalls selling duplicate items. Do also check out the shops behind the road-side stalls which are more well organised. Overall, should not spent more than 90 minutes...More
