Decided to visit here as travelling Asia with my boyfriend. There is not a lot to see here however it is worth visiting if you don't plan on ever returning to Beijing again.

It was smoggy and the middle of the week when I visited Olympic Park in Beijing. There isn’t much to do other than meander around and look at the once lively park. The Cube and other noteworthy buildings weren’t open but they were amazing to...More

The park is very large. I went there in the late afternoon and took some pictures of the Bird's Nest and the Water-Cube exteriors, these being stadiums built for the 2008 Olympics. The venue was decorated with ginkgo trees which turned golden in early November....More

The grounds and buildings here are so impressive. Walking among them you can only imagine the excitement that must have prevailed back in 2008 during the Olympics.

Walked along the grounds of the Olympic Park on a rainy morning. We were the only people there. Saw the Bird's Nest, Water Cube, Olympic Rings and Grounds. Makes me wish I was there during the 2008 Olympic games.

The air quality should be ok. I wouldn't bother with the tour. Just pay at the entrance and you can make your own way up to the roof. There might not be a lot to see though.

There was 1 shop close to the metro stop. They were showing a video of the olympics. We watched this to see how the sited looked at the time of the games but no idea what else they were selling.
