The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest is an amazing example of Chinese wooden architecture at its finest. This is visible along a magnificent causeway (called a bridge) along which the emporer traveled to offer his prayers for a good harvest.
Another stop on our tour.
Plan to spend 1-3 hours at this stop and it's well worth it.
The gardens and structures are relaxing and easy to stroll around.
So much history....back to a time of great men and women in China history.
There is a queue to see the interior of this main building. You are no longer allowed to go inside so there are 3 doors to view it from the outside. The view of the interior is very impressive. Beautiful architect and worth seeing!
