No need to go out of the way to see it. But if you must, then go at night when they illuminate it. During the day, it is just a lifeless white cube.

Since the Olympics the Water Cube has remained an Olympic size swimming pool for swimmers and swimming events. The unique place is without doubt mesmerizing from outside, light reflecting on the sides.

I have no idea. I visit in January during winter and is closed. Maybe is open but I think can check their website for more information.

I was there in Sept 15 and it was open. The water park was excellent.
