A surprisingly large amount of things to see - hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, butterflies, snakes, reptiles, tortoises. You can go for feeding time and see the first 3 in action between 3-4pm.

The park is an awesome stop over. The thought that it was once a quarry is just extra ordinary. Try it.

We stayed in Mombasa after our safari tour and visited this park. We saw here a 300 yr old turtle, a reptile section and lots of monkeys.

no. didn't see any cafe. But there is a mall across the park, just need to exit via the side exit. Ask around for the exit close to mall.
