A great place to visit in Nairobi, few minutes from the centre, easily accessible even by public transport A great day out event Entrance staff are a bit hostile - almost pay to get a pleasant welcome smile! Oh and you have a Caucasian at the end of your visit to check if you've paid to enter !!!!🤔 Staff in... More

We paid the residence rate of 300ksh per person and wouldn't have wanted to pay any more as if you are just wondering around without a guide it's not worth a visit. However we got a "guide tour" so we got to feed the lions and cheetahs meat and two of the monkeys some peanuts (one of the cheeky little... More

Not worth it at all- a hideously disappointing experience. I paid $22 to look at some depressed animals in cages. It is nice they have rescued these animals, but the place is so shabby and in massive need of a makeover. The toilets were beyond disgusting- no water, filthy, stinking and faeces on the wall. Unfortunately, I was told as... More

The 22$ fee for a non resident is very steep. If you have been to the game reserves this one is a sure miss. It is very small and houses very few animals.

A close range of the big five will astonish you in this place. You need to be quiet or talk in low tones, remain friendly and interact with the big cats. One can learn many things with the wild animals and see them clearly, which is very difficult if they were in their normal niche, because they hide. Come sample... More

Our group visited this and the Giraffe garden one Monday in October, 2016. The little elephants were very playful and interesting to watch. Be careful about the deep brown/red mud, though. If you get close, they will splash you.

The animal orphanage is nice to see, this orphanage is part of the Nanional park, the animals seam to be well treated, the park is clean and they have a lot of shade. In the parking lot you will find a group of Masai, don't take a picture of them they will ask you for money.

A good park with a decent amount of animals. The price is high for foreigners ($25), but since these are all rescued animals, it is for a good cause.

We had a great time visiting the park and we even had a guide show us around and talk about the animals more thoroughly. The price for non-Kenyans is fairly steep considering the amount of time you will spend in the park - especially when considering the overall looks of the place. Perhaps your foreign ticket price is really going... More

The $25 you pay is going to a well worth it cause. All the animals that are in there have been rescued and are cared for for the rest of their lives as they can't be released back in to the wild. We had a very informative guide who told us all about each animal that was in there.
