After reading the 'terrible' reviews of this place I was a little wary however, if you plan it well you can get some quality time with the giraffes without so many other people and have an unforgettable experience. We arrived at 10am and stayed for an hour before heading over to the David Sheldrick Elephants. Definitely the way to do... More

Here you can certainly see the giraffes up close and you can touch them, feed them and learn about them in the center. I reccomnd to go if you are in Nairobi!

You get to feed the giraffes as well as watch them in a somewhat natural setting. They have information on preservation as well as artwork and various souvenir doodads.

What an amazing experience feeding the giraffe seeing warthogs and tortoise. Watching those long slimy tongues eating from you hand is a must. Family friendly and well worth a visit.

Visited the giraffe sanctuary last year and it was a wonderful experience. They even eat out of your hand. An opportunity to get up close and personal with these wonderful creatures and take great photos.

The giraffes was really cute! but they didn't look like wild animal, because they are not afraid of people. And the ticket is little bit expensive for such a little park

You can never go wrong with a visit to the AFEW Giraffe Centre. Here, you get up close with the rare Rothschild / Baringo Giraffe and the naturalists will not only provide you with pellets to feed the Giraffes as you try to get them to pose with you for an up close photo or selfie, but they also take... You come face to face with the giraffes all sizes. Beautiful creatures. We stood for an hour feeding them and rubbing them. Awesome pics and memories.

This is a great place too come with the kids. Especially as they get to feed them by hand! Great morning out "well we last around 2 hours max" not much more to do other than that.

This is a place to visit if you are NOT visiting the game parks. Once you've experienced the giraffe in their natural habitat, seen them walking around the expanse of the Savannah, grazing and tending to their young, it is sad to see 6-8 giraffe confined to a small space just being fed pellets over and over again all day...
