THIS is only a small tomb by Valley of the Kings standards but it is still an interesting one.
Situated very close to the main entrance, it is listed as KV1.
Entry to the Valley of the Kings will cost EGP200 (GB£8.60) and I would advise visitors to use the toilets at the main entrance first before they go in as they are clean and well maintained, far more so than those toilets further into the Valley.
Ramases VII of the 20th Dynasty died in the seventh year of his reign and the main passage to his tomb is decorated with scenes from the Book of Gates and the Book of Caverns while the burial chamber itself is decorated with scenes from the Book of Earth.
When you get to the end room visitors can see decorations showing the pharaoh before the god Osiris.
What I found really interesting was to discover that I was far from the first visitor to marvel at this tomb.
So far 132 items of graffiti have been recorded as left by ancient Greek and Roman visitors. Very thought-provoking place.

Egypt is full of relics and tombs. The tomb of Ramses VII is another one of them and is located in the Valley of the Kings, with its colorful paintings and reliefs very well preserved. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and take a bottle of water, as even in February it was very hot there.

For the second time I visited the Valley of Kings, after a few trips to Egypt, and it surprised me a lot, and it continues to surprise me today, they still have some very well preserved paintings, I visited 3 tombs and some Extra ones, including that of Ramses VII, I really liked it, and the place is pleasant to visit, and there is always something new to see, on a trip to Luxor it is undoubtedly a place to be seen, I highly recommend it. And without a doubt a place to return to again.
