There is much to see in this church you really need a guide. Plenty of Icons and history associated with this church.Well worth a visit

I love to go everytime in Cairo and pray ther. It's a small church where the Virgin appeared there repetatively in the sixties. You have to go and get that holy feeling yourself.

Next to the Coptic Church is the Orthodox Church. Beautiful. Some rooms are carved in the stone, under the ground, typically Greek icons and religious items, you take a taxi, the driver stays out of the Coptic area, he will wait for you, no problem,...More
