Plenty of vendors sell Chinese knock offs, couple small restaurants and tons of tourist. Right inside Coptic Cairo you'll go through it to see any of the churches. All stalls selling the same junk.

The souq is located near Masjid Amr Ibn el As. I discovered it by chance when I was looking for a taxi outside the masjid. The souq is not that big and doesn't have much variety. It has some art and handicraft shops and some local clothes. You can have a look at the architecture of the building but there... More
