Overrated - waste of time

We took the opportunity to travel into “Gangnam” and “K-Pop” territory; and walk the K-Star road (the ‘trendy / rodeo-drive’ type area of Seoul). Perhaps I am just getting old, but I was a little underwhelmed. We did a lot of walking for not much to see.

Not really sure if these figurines are representative of the kpop star/group they claim to be or are they just random. Not really sure what the point is.

teddy bear with kpop artist's names

I forgot why this was made, but it's was cute - I mean the statues(?) were cute, nothing amazing. It is a life size teddy bear with the name of 2nd and 3rd generation korean groups that are famous at that time.

If you are hardcore k-pop fans, you should go to this place. You could found so many group like EXO, BTS, SHINee, and many more!

Great for K pop fans

Located in a Gangnam with lots of high end designer shops, this is a series of bears which are based on K pop groups which you can take photos with. Very fun and near Apjujeoung Rodeo metro station, can come and take photos if you're interested.

You can take the metro to Apjudeong Rodeo Station exit 2 to reach K Star Road. This is a high end shopping area with cafes and luxury brands along the streets. There are also many Kpop dolls along the road.

Went strolling at the k-star road and see all the huge bear dolls which is design by the k-pop celebrity. Kid is so so beary happy.
