Extremely interesting! Real hands-on history with exceptional and enthusiastic personal service! The tour guy was truly fun and knowledgeable!! There is much to learn here. The guide was very creative in taking photos of us during the tour. He was so kind to me and called me Mister America, lol. This is a great place to learn about Josef Stalin. Well worth it!! Very inexpensive too!

Sexual harassment behaviors!
An older male staff works in that museum touched my arm at front of another male tourist!
I told him off and left that sexual harassment museum immediately! He has no shame! What a toxic culture in here!

Excellent museum, the caretaker/guide is quite a character and really makes the experience. Perhaps the best thing we did in Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

What a hidden gem. We were lucky our tour guide translated for us as the communist party member who showed us around did not speak English. This was my favourite place in Tbilisi. If you are interested in WW2 don’t miss it.

A bit out of the way from the main attractions in town, but this is a must-see in Tbilisi for anyone with an interest in Soviet history. The staff only speak Georgian and Russian but with a few words in English and a lot of hand gestures, still provided a really interesting tour.

I was personally asked for 10 GEL cash at the end of the tour however based on other reviews, this amount varies - just bring a few extra five lari notes as it's well worth a visit.

Without a doubt this is a hidden gem of TBS . An excellent opportunity to familiarize with the developments that were so common in the early 20th century. Strongly recommend...

This place is nuts but great fun. Our 'guide' spoke hardly any English but was lovely and really good fun to be around.

Please avoid the toilet though. It's in the basement and probably hasn't been used or cleaned since Stalin himself stayed here.

Please be aware you will need to have cash on you and will be asked at the end of the tour. I believe it was 5 GEL
