We visited Pharmacy and More today afternoon (October 01st) because we were looking for hand balm and body scrub. The shop does not provide any testers (probably too expensive) and you aren't allowed to smell or even open a box to check the texture. If you dare to open a tube you'll be yelled at by by one of the charming staff. We left even though we were in need of products that we will eventually buy downtown.

Got heavily overcharged by Tbilisi mall taxi service. The driver initially mentioned that the charge from the mall to the hotel is nominal but when we reached the destination he insisted that I pay 50 Lari and said it's a company policy and a min charge. The driver was not able to produce a bill or a price sheet for the transport service. These taxis don't have meters and I believe that tourists are highly mis-lead. On a regular cab, I was only charged 11 lari from the hotel to the mall. Spoke and complained to the management about this, however I'm writing this message to keep the readers aware.

This mall had really good international brands. The prices were so affordable and probably 40% lower than the cost of the same brand in Dubai! I wish we had shopped and packed less winter wear from here as Tbilisi Mall had some really good quality and latest fashion of clothes. I would recommend this mall to avid shoppers! It also has a nice coffee shop with a smoking section inside! Perfect for a cold day!

It is a nice big mall, with a reasonable number of shops, it could be nice to visit if you are in the area, but as it is at the end of Tbilisi it requires a 30 minutes drive from the city center, so it might not be worth the trip.

Reading the TripAdvisor reviews for this mall really makes the point that everything is relative. This COULD be a world class mall, but it's not. The brands are second and third-rate. YES, there are some great stores like Marks and Spencer, but the prices are ridiculously expensive. Of course, if you are used to prices in the Gulf Region (where the mall management comes from), these are similar.

This mall is operating at about 40-60% occupancy. The building materials are already showing their poor quality with cracked floors. The bathrooms are far and few in between and probably rank among some of the most unhygienic in "Europe." The parking lot has a very nice and expensive ventilation system, which has never been turned on in four years! Think that's a small detail? Try walking the 100 meters to the escalator choking on carbon monoxide fumes. Most stores play music at ridiculously loud volumes that are clearly for the pleasure of the workers, not the paying customers. Whoever sets the air conditioning settings in the summer seems to be more interested in saving electric costs than providing for a comfortable place where people want to come, stay and spend money. If you're planning to stay for a few hours in the summer, it really is unbearable -- no cooling and no fresh air.

In the mood for some American fast food? Try the Texas Chicken or Burger King, where a $20 meal for a family of three quickly becomes a $45 meal served on trays that haven't been cleaned in weeks in food court where the non-smoking rules are commonly ignored.

In the first two years, they advertised the kids play zone extensively, and then suddenly they completely removed it. Now there is NOTHING for kids except the pay-for-play video games. Talk about "bait and switch!" The really funny part is that the playground was already paid for and installed. It was a sunk cost. Why remove it after spending so much energy advertising the mall as a family-friendly destination?

All in all, it's not a very pleasurable experience. Tbilisi expats go here because there's NOTHING else available to compare. When you have no choice, this place looks great. But when you live in Tbilisi and go there 10-20 times a year, you realize what a poor option it really is. You go there because you have to, but you never really feel good when you leave because it's just so far from what a truly World Class Shopping Mall should be.

Not very attractive place, the world famous brands are there, but price is higher than EU and USA. There is no food court, "burger king" and 2 coffeeshop only. In the "burger" they do not have all items in the menu mentioned. Parking is free, this is good advantage if you visit with your own car.
Not much crowded, comfortable to move around. Second and third floor is empty, shops are closed or not opened yet. Carrefour is in the ground floor, you can find all kind of local&international products. Local spices, borjomi water cases (1 pcs is 0.70 gel x 6pcs =1 case) and cheese-"slugni", 100 gr is 1.36 gel also available. Good variety of fish and meat. The price is competitive.

Actually, the place is really cozy and nice. We were to buy some clothes and souvenirs, also have a cup of coffee. That place offered almost everything any modern malls needs to have. Prices there are quite fair, cafés are also affordable. It's new so some of the shops aren't opened yet. And there is Carrefour offering national products as well. Try Georgian fruits, amazingly they are without additives.
