I stumbled across this treasure in 2013 on a solo visit to Yangon, and went back in 2017 for an equally delicious and freshly prepared meal of Kachin salads and curries. Highly recommended, though the setting is very simple. You won't regret it.

Came here on recommendation of hostel. Staff was lovely and accommodating and food hit the spot. Locals place definitely, don't be put off by the shabby chic!

Fingers is a no frills, beer serving, authentic tasting myanmar food joint. Food at a great price, service with a smile, large portions. It's not fine dining, it's not fancy and it's cheap and tasty. Eaten at many "expensive" places more highly rated but with...More

Food wise it was excellent. Fresh and spicy! But this is not for the diner looking for an ambience. A small "dhaba" style mom and pop restaurant.

All the food we had here, which was 4 different times, was very good. We told the last couple of times to bring whatever was good and fast and we weren't disappointed. Very friendly, English speaking staff which are not only serving but help you...More

In fact, it might even be the best Burmese restaurant in Yangon! The cost is at the cheap end of the scale but the food quality definitely isn't. It specialises in Kachin state cuisine but there's a wide range to choose from including Western fare....More

We stayed close by @ pickled tea hostel and came here almost every night for dinner, partly because they serve very delicious Burmese food and nice staff, and partly because it is the only place we could find with an english menu in the area....More
