If you looking for the place for exercise in the morning or afternoon. We recommended Kandawkyi park. It is not so far from downtown and airport. If you have time, you should visit there and take a deep breath....

We visited the kandawgyi park and it was a really nice stroll. We probably walked around half of the lake, it was a really nice place. The only thing missing for it to be perfect was the lack of food/drinks. Would have been nice to...More

It's nice to visit around 3-4pm when the sunlight is perfect for photo-shooting. It's a nice lake but not outstanding. I would say it's more of a place where locals hang out to take a leisurely walk. I wouldn't call it a must-see in Yangon....More

Many things to do and many things not to do here. Relax and to hang around are the best things to do here. The lake is very nice and the view of the Shwedagon Pagoda in the distance is cool.

It's well worth visiting to walk along the wooden walkways. There is also the large boat like structure on the lake that's very impressive. Well worth a visit.

Visited in the afternoon, before heading to Shwedagon Pagoda. Nice but would not make a special trip to visit.

The park is very nice, with a few atractions, like the opera, and the rundown tower that you can climb to have a nive view of the city. The atmosphere in the morning is wonderfull with lots of people doing taichi, walking or doing exercise...More

Well we came to see the Palace Hotel but it had a huge fire the week before. The park walkways were mostly tumbling down and the park had a rather strange balloon attraction. We stopped awhile before moving on.

Picturesque and relaxing place to unwind amongst the city's hustle and bustle and recommended to go across to the floating restaurant for a unique dining experience
