Very interesting museum it shows a lot of precious burma artifacts, there is also a map indicating where gems are extracted from the ground.

I have to say this is out of mind imagination about gem when entering here. All my knowledge about diamond, ruby or gems is so humble before this museum. Please go there if you visit Yangon

Burma is famous for its Rubies, Jade and Sapphire. This museum gives a fair idea of its gems. It also has several shops selling all kinds of gems.
