Our Bus Shuttle Services focuses on providing a unique Eco-friendly experience by linking our existing and potential clients to the most popular sites here in Port Vila. We are the only shuttle service that offers flexibility to our customers to make direct contributions to the product or site owners through direct payment of entrance fees

We booked the Blue Lagoon Bus Services for the day or cruise ship was shocked at Port Vila. We arrived and asked for help from the local people who called the number for us and the phone number went directly to voice message.
The tour operator felt bad for us as there were 7 of us and we were on a tight schedule with the cruise ship leaving at 4:30pm. He phoned the people he believed ran the service in Port Vila and spoke to Edi who advised him that it had been cancelled.
As we had already paid for the services, I was reluctant to take that for the answer. He phoned back and gave me the phone and I spoke to Edi, who advised me that he will arrange for something and will meet us at 12pm as agreed at the cruise terminal.
We had to pay for a taxi to get in and out of the town in time to meet up with the Bus Services.
However we waited for 1 hrs but no one answered our came to pick us up.
The lady who worked in customs felt bad for us so she tried to phone numerous time on her phone but no answer.
We had to find alternative plans and paid for our trip into the Blue Lagoon.
We would NOT recommend these services.

They never showed up. Tried to contact them numerous times and the number was always switched off. No contact from them whatsoever. I don’t know how to chase them to get my money back.

after looking through countless offers we settled on the shuttle bus service, they came and grabbed us from our hotel room, took us promptly to the lagoon with some interesting and detailed descriptions along the way. The driver asked what time we would like to leave and he was there waiting for us after a long day of swimming!

Nick Oli was great at communicating with the large group of us who booked with Blue Lagoon tours. The tour was well organised and the destinations were beautiful. I loved the flexibility of the tour and the relaxed attitude and caring nature of our driver and guide. great value for money and the lunch was so yum! would highly recommend this tour! 10/10!

Loved this tour. Was small and friendly. Very enjoyable. Blue Lagoon is simply gorgeous - if you're a good swimmer - try to swim out to the lagoon towards the ocean, few people go there and it's even more magical. The kids loved the swinging ropes.

Nick and the team were a pleasure to deal with from booking to the end of the tour. Nick is polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. This tour was fantastic as we got to see the blue lagoon, rarru waterfalls and the turtle sanctuary.
The highlight of the trip was a surprise proposal from my new fiance! Nick organised champagne, a beautiful archway and a traditional string band at the blue lagoon which was a stunning setting for a proposal. This was way beyond my fiance's request of champagne and demonstrates Blue Lagoon Bus Shuttle's commitment to provide a memorable experience for their guests.
We had a fantastic time and hope to return in the future!

We were picked up at the wharf, had the best day with Nick and his team. This time beer was included and fruit and soft drinks. We had a ball and so professional. We went to great places and the kids and everyone on the bus had the best day. Highly recommended.

Is there easy access to the lagoon I have bad knees and need it to be easy

The Lagoon is just besides the main road. The buses or Taxi will drop you off beside the lagoon where you would just walk a few metres before you reach the lagoon. They have raised Platforms that you could use to jump into the pool but if you have knee problem, you could enter the pool softly from the sides. Hope this helps
