This is like the Walmart of Palau. If you left something at home this is the place, but be prepared to pay as their prices are expensive. If you need shipping materials (such as boxing up storyboards) go to the WCTC office supply store (opposite side of the road, south of the WCTC department store, about a block before the post office).

i just wanted to review this to point out that they have a rather good wine selection (considering you are on an island in the middle of the pacific) but you get some well know brands.
other than that it is nothing special but you get everything you need even down to your mosquito coils, straws for your drinks, chocolate, crisps etc. etc.

there is also some clothes and souvenirs upstairs which we only had a quick look at.

but yes, go there if you want some decent wine and some cheap soft drinks/water, cheaper than in your hotel ...

I think it is just another shopping mall and should not be consider an "attraction" of Palau.

However, it is right in the center of Koror Town and has a nice supermarket. You can find many grocery products from both US and some Asian countries (Japan, Taiwan, South Korea).

Embassy of Taiwan is also in the building. If you are from Taiwan and lose your passport (or have other incidents), this is where you can come for help.

this shopping center is the central point of the city - best meeting spot and a place to buy stuff. However as anything in Palau, it is expensive and there is not really variable local dishes. In front of its entrance there is a small local shop, which provides local food.

This store has the best selection of any of the stores in Palau. There's a grocery and pharmacy on the ground floor, and electronics, clothing, and souvenirs on the second floor. It's location is surprising and it isn't well marked. If you're across the street from Mingles So Thai, you're in the right spot.

Great place to stop for souvenirs. Conveniently located on the "main drag" in downtown Koror, the second floor is your standard "big box" retailer. It sells everything a tourist might want to bring home - from local snacks to T-shirts, magnets, and key chains. It also has a large selection of shells and wood carvings.

One problem in Koror is that most stores are not open late - so, after a full day of activity, you can't easily find open stores to shop. WCTC is open until 10pm, so have a full day, enjoy dinner, and then you still have time to shop here.

It's alright and you get almost everything you need.
What I however don't understand: The government wants to be clean and as a tourist I have to make a kinda vow that I respect nature.
In this supermarket, EVERYTHING is packed in plastic bags at the cashiers. Sometimes sixpacks which are easy to carry anyway. Some people leave this shop with 10 plastic bags!!!
Have you ever heard if reusable bags?!?!?!?!?!?!?

We stayed in the hotel just next to WCTC for ten days. The supermarket had most of what we needed—Greek yogurt, apples, nuts, fresh crunchy cucumbers and daily ripe papayas. We bought several plastic snap storage boxes and some ceramic serving spoons to take home. Prices are good. They don't charge any fees for using our US credit cards. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

WCTC carried a big variety of produce and household items and even a small selection of hot ready to eat meals. The curry beef and rice looked tempting. We enjoyed interacting with the locals there.

There are other businesses in the shopping center. We bought bandaids and meds at a pharmacy and socks and flip flops in the athletic store.

There is even a parking garage underneath.
